`$stamp`	DTSTAMP, now when null; written in UTC
`$start`	DTSTART: a DateTimeInterface (TZID of its IANA timezone or UTC), a DateTimeValue (also a DATE or a floating time) or an iCalendar string
`$status`	DRAFT, FINAL or CANCELLED
